Testronics Model 603d
The Testronics system uses an advanced non-contact line scanner to create a 3 dimensional map (profile) of the backplane, connector pins and connector holes. Top Side Probing available on the 402LV
Reduce the cost of fixtures by 10% - 20% by eliminating transfer pins. The Testronics model 402LV provides the ability to have up to 24,576 active test points available on the top side press assembly. Add that to the 40,960 test points available on the bottom grid for a total test point capability 65,536 test points. Model 401 End of Life
Replacement parts for the 401 are no longer available. The 401 was designed in 1994 and many of the manufacturers of the parts used are no longer producing those parts. This is forcing us to cease support on the 401 as we can't guarantee the availability of a replacement part or guarantee a delivery time for the part.
We are offering an upgrade path from the 401 to the new generation backplane test system, our model 402. Please click on the following link for more information: Model 401 to Model 402LV Upgrade
Model 402LV: Level IV, Analog In-Circuit backplane test system. Up to 65,536 test points and can test backplanes up to 60" (152cm) in width. Fully compatible with the model 401's fixtures and test programs.
Model 402HV: 500 Volt High Reliability test, up to 61,440 test points, and can test backplanes up to 60" (152cm) in width.
